Building strong partnerships is only part of the equation—communicating your library’s value is just as critical. This session explores effective communication strategies for articulating the impact of your library to stakeholders, administrators, elected officials, and the community. Participants will learn how to tailor messages for different audiences, highlight outcomes and impact, and advocate for their library in a clear, compelling way. Whether you’re preparing for a meeting, writing a report, or speaking with community leaders, this session will help you communicate with purpose and confidence.
