Join the College and University Library Division (CULD) for a timely and thought-provoking virtual event exploring AI and Ethics in Academic Libraries. We'll begin with the CULD Annual Business Meeting, where members will hear division updates, engage in planning for the year ahead, and have the opportunity to connect with colleagues across the state.

Following the meeting, we’ll shift into an engaging program featuring a keynote presentation by Dr. John Sinclair, offering expert insights into the ethical implications of artificial intelligence in higher education and library practice.

The event will also include a series of lightning talks showcasing diverse perspectives and innovative projects from library professionals across Texas, focusing on the ethical challenges and opportunities AI presents in academic contexts.

Whether you're navigating AI implementation, policy development, or ethical questions in your own institution, this event offers a dynamic space for learning and discussion.

The live webinar will be broadcast via Zoom. Access information will be sent to the email address used during registration on the afternoon before the webinar and again on the day of the event. Please note that the recording will be available on the TLA Learning Hub 48 hours after the live session concludes.
